This frosting sure looks yummy

Grandpa and Adam came over for F.H.E. We made and decorated sugar cookies. It was a lot of fun. The girls always love it when Grandpa visits and its even more fun to have an uncle so close in age to play with.

Trick Arrrrr Treat

Today our brass knocker on our old wooden door keeps blowing in the cold wind, it makes it sound as if winter is really knocking at my door. At least this year the weather held out and was pretty decent for Halloween. It was just a little chilly and we could actually see the cute costumes.(it seems most years they are worn under your snow suit) My ski's looked lonely on the wall of our garage and I can say I'm now looking forward to the cold weather as long as it brings in lots of snow. I'm getting excited to be in the mountains this winter and have some area's I want to explore, but at the same time wondering how long it will be before I'm ready to pack my climbing shoes and head South so I can get my skin back on some rock.
